Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Experimental Ventures Ltd.("we", "us", or "our") collects and uses personal data when you visit our website. We are based in Cyprus and process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cypriot law.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for your personal data is Experimental Ventures Ltd., registered at:

  • 121 Prodromou Street, 3rd Floor
  • Hadjikyriakeion Building
  • 2064 Nicosia
  • Cyprus

For privacy and data protection enquiries, or to exercise your rights under GDPR, contact us at dpo@experimental.com.cy.

2. What data we process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process the following.

  • Technical and usage data. When you load pages, standard server or hosting logs may process data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and pages requested. We use this on a limited basis where needed to operate and secure the site.
  • Cookie and consent choices. We store your cookie preferences locally in your browser (for example in local storage) so we know whether you have accepted or declined optional cookies.
  • Third-party booking links. If you use our link to book a call, the calendar provider processes your information under their own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from that flow through this website unless you separately send it to us (for example by email).

We do not operate a contact form on this site that stores submissions in our systems. If that changes, we will update this policy.

3. Google Analytics

If you opt in to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (for example pages viewed and approximate location at country or city level). Google Ireland Limited typically acts as a processor on our behalf. Information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area where Google operates, including to the United States, using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also use Google's browser add-on where available, and adjust consent through our cookie banner at any time.

4. Legal bases

  • Consent for optional analytics (GA4) and related consent signals we pass to Google.
  • Legitimate interests for limited technical processing needed to run, secure, and improve the website, where this does not override your rights.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics data is subject to retention settings and policies in Google Analytics. Cookie preference records remain in your browser until you clear site data or we change how consent is stored.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers where needed to run the site (for example hosting) and with Google when you consent to analytics, under appropriate agreements.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure in certain circumstances
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances
  • Data portability where applicable
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, contact dpo@experimental.com.cy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus, this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).

8. Children

Our site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law.
