These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Experimental Ventures Ltd.("we", "us", or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The site and our services

The site provides general information about our software and AI consulting services. It does not create a binding contract for services. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal that we agree with you. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice tailored to your situation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site unlawfully or in a way that harms others or our systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users, or third-party services
  • Scrape, overload, or interfere with the site (including automated collection) without our prior written consent
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its design, branding, text, graphics, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.

The site may link to third-party websites (for example a calendar booking tool). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims arising from the site (other than liability that cannot be limited by law) is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100) or the amount you paid us for use of the site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the site, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Your continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site.
